underwhelming stay. staff needs improvement
rude receptioniststained bedsheets
my visit had several issues. the check-in process was slow. i waited almost an hour in a very long queue. the room was subpar, it had stained bed sheets. it also included a kettle filled with old biscuits i could not open. the receptionist was rude and dismissive.

I found the reception area big and spacious with ample seating. my courtyard twin room felt spacious. the beds were comfortable with crisp cotton sheets. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including fruit, yogurts, and hot options.
The hotel was busy and check-in queues were long. This did cause a slight delay.

the reception area offered ample seating . there was plenty of free parking available. it is a great spot near mountains for activities like skiing. i found the location ideal.

the swimming pool was acceptable.
The room smelled damp. It wasn't something i'd usually complain about, but it was constantly noticeable. the duvet had several holes. I reported it, and they replaced it after a delay. the playhouse was closed during the times i visited. This wasn't clearly stated on the website.
