underwhelming stay. staff needs improvement
rude receptionist stained bedsheets
my visit had several issues. the check-in process was slow. i waited almost an hour in a very long queue. the room was subpar, it had stained bed sheets. it also included a kettle filled with old biscuits i could not open. the receptionist was rude and dismissive.

fantastic family stay
spacious area cotton sheets wide variety ample seating
I found the reception area big and spacious with ample seating. my courtyard twin room felt spacious. the beds were comfortable with crisp cotton sheets. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including fruit, yogurts, and hot options.
The hotel was busy and check-in queues were long. This did cause a slight delay.

Breakfast included a large selection. I saw fruit, yogurts, breads, and juices. hot options featured eggs, sausages, bacon, haggis and potato scones. the variety provided excellent value. I rate it highly.

the reception area offered ample seating . there was plenty of free parking available. it is a great spot near mountains for activities like skiing. i found the location ideal.

My courtyard twin room was quite spacious. I appreciated it. the beds were comfortable and featured crisp cotton sheets. the bathroom looked new and had a shower. Plenty of fluffy white towels were provided.

underwhelming experience
damp smell playhouse closure
the swimming pool was acceptable.
The room smelled damp. It wasn't something i'd usually complain about, but it was constantly noticeable. the duvet had several holes. I reported it, and they replaced it after a delay. the playhouse was closed during the times i visited. This wasn't clearly stated on the website.

decent pool available parking sauna inclusion
the leisure facilities were great! the pool was a decent size. i liked that there was a sauna included. plenty of parking was available, made arrival and departure easy!
the room was a bit small.

the outdoor play park was a nice amenity for children.
the room felt quite dated. it was also smaller than expected, i disagree with reviews claiming the rooms are larger than others. i would not recommend it due to this.
